More Muffins!
Double Chocolate Chip Muffins
I was on a baking craze for the past three weeks or so... mainly stress induced :P Hobbies are created to help us relax. Baking, sewing and doing craftwork are the main avenues that i usually take to relief stress. This recipe is really easy to do. I bake almost every night for two weeks and stopped for a bit :P wondering if Troy is sick of it yet! lol... I made a lot of variation but the man still prefers the double choc chip version. I am not really a chocolate person so banana walnut or just plain butter is fine by me :) Have a go at this!

The Making of Tim's Birthday Cake

The Works....
Janice ... this is for you :)
We weren't that keen to offer Tim his birthday cake and we are not really fan of cakes... so here goes, the following is the list of stuff we bought to 'construct' his cake.
- 3 Butter Cakes $3.50 each from a neighbourhood bakery
- 1 Farm Animal Sugar Figurine Set $7.50 from Prima Deli
- 1 Icing Tube $5.20 from cold storage
- 1 cupful of hundreds and thousands ( forgot to use) $1.20 from a bake shop
- 1 Tub Betty Crocker's Icing $5 plus from cold storage
- 1 Base for sitting cake on
- Birthday candles
Go visit Phoon Huat and get your baking works if you are really keen to bake, just whip up a simple cake. The cake has to be completely cooled before you could decorate it. I am sure you will have fun and Yihang would be delighted to play with some 'playdoh' marzipan and help dress up the cake!
